To Become a Broker
Step 1 APPLY for a broker's license at TREC. Click the following link to see the full details of TREC's requirements/process, as well as links to needed forms. https://www.trec.texas.gov/become-licensed/individual-real-estate-broker
Step 2 WAIT for TREC to reply to your application. TREC's reply will contain detailed information specific to you, including a list of any course(s) that you must complete before taking the broker's license exam.
Step 3 ENROLL in the course(s) that TREC has directed you to complete, by clicking the link below; volume discounts will automatically be applied as you check each box:
